Best banh mi I’ve ever tasted! We tried the shrimp and the fried chicken versions, both were very fresh with flavorful sauces. The bread had the perfect amount of crunchiness on the outside and soft butteriness inside. The ube taro boba tea and ube taro iced lattes were also phenomenal. This place is a real gem!

We love the food here! Sandwiches, rice dishes, and noodle dishes are all fantastic. We recently had a birthday party catered by Banh Mi Oi. Everything was so delicious, made fresh, piping hot, and they opened early just to accommodate us. It was a huge hit at our party. I will recommend to all our friends and family.

Great sandwiches and awesome friendly staff. They were very patient with us while we decided what to get. The owners were super nice and had an infectious smile which was very refreshing. The wait line was short and the girl at the register was making sure we got exactly what we wanted. Highly recommend you stop by and give them a try.

I stopped in as soon as I heard this new restaurant had opened. I met the owner and staff they were super friendly. You can get your food to go or enjoy it in the family style casual dining restaurant. I had the lemon grass beef sandwich. It was exceptionally delicious. Planning to go back very soon. Banh Mi Oi is a must visit restaurant if you’re looking to enjoy some “Vietnamese street food.” Happy to have this family owned restaurant come to Waltham.

Outstanding experience! I ordered a bowl of chicken pho and it was absolutely phenomenal. Broth was flavorful, chicken was shredded and fresh, and they provided all the sides you’d want and expect (bean sprouts, basil, lime, and a delicious sauce) Service was top notch and the restaurant staff were fast and friendly. Highly recommend it if you’re in the area.

This place is a gem. I love the fried appetizers (fish, chicken, shrimp) particularly; the teas/beverages are also great. Definitely one of the best restaurants within a 3 mile radius.

Today we tried out Banh MI Oi on Lexington near Star Market which has only been open for three months. We got the Fresh Vegetarian Rolls, Thai Tea n Cream, Viet Latte, Lemongrass Steak Vermicelli, and Vegan Lemongrass Seitan Vermicelli. This is a solid, basic, counter quick service place (as opposed to table service). Good for lunch and we will definitely be stopping by again to try the rest of their menu. And it's closer to me than Moody Street places and has more vegetarian options. Loved the rolls in particular. But the true highlight for me was the Viet Latte! So good! I'm already planning on going quite often for my daily coffee lol! Plus they were really nice. My elderly MIL wasn't sure about getting a particular drink. They made some for her to try which was very kind (and turned out to be delicious!)

I recently this wonderful Vietnamese, their chicken pho was absolutely fantastic! The portion was generous for 15 ( value in 2025) The atmosphere was inviting, with lovely background music, and the service was excellent. Definitely a worth a visit!
